1 page, different records
Hello,
I'd like to print different records (with several fields each) in the same sheet, and I'd like them to be in 3 different columns. The 1st column looks just fine, but when I try to replicate the fields in the 2nd column, what I get are the fields for the same record as in column 1, not those for the following record. How should I do this? Thanks, Anna |

Insert a Next Record field before the first mergefield that you want to
contain the details of the next record. In your case, that would mean at the beginning of columns 2 and 3. Do not put one before the first merge field in column 1 and the data for that field will automatically come from the next record when the merge facility commences a new page. The Next Record field is available from the Word Fields list. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
