Default Times in meeting requests end up one hour earlier than reqested

We all have our clocks and time zones set correctly, yet whenever we send a
meeting request the time the recipient receives is one hour earlier than
requested. This happens to all of our three users.

Have you checked that the time zones are correct in your Regional Settings in
the Control Panel as well as the Time Zone in your Outlook Calendar Options?
