.hol and GP

I have created a .hol file with all the dates that my firm needs for holidays
etc. What I would like to do is send this .hol file out as a group policy
using a runonce instance. This would eliminate having a user get the .hol
entries more than once. I'm having a slight problem getting the batch file
to work with the runonce command. The batch file runs fine without it, but I
don't want the users to get the .hol more than once. Ideas?
