i have writing a report but the words are not straight and in line can anyone
help

Not straight how? Perhaps you want your paragraphs to be justified? Press
Ctrl+J.

Default how to straighting line

If everything is not lining up I would use an align left, center, or right.
However you like it.

These commands can be easily located on the Ribbon under the Home Tab, in
the paragraph box section. Hover over them for the keyboard shortcuts.

It also may be your page margins.

You can use the ruler tool to align it as needed.

If your ruler is not showing you can select to show it by selecing the
little ruler symbol right above the scroll bar to the top right.
