Birthday ???
Hey :-)
How can I make a birthday coming up every year, so that I can see the age of the person? I am not sure of the version, but perhaps it is Office2003... I am not sure... |

Birthday ???
I don't know of a way to do this on a recurring event...I usually just put
the person's birth year in brackets after the event title, e.g. "Joe Schmoe's Birthday [1964]". (I don't use parentheses around the year because Outlook sometimes interprets this as the Location field instead of part of the Subject field.) If you want to add a formula to the person's contact record to calculate his/her age, there are instructions he http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/calcage.htm -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** In , Benedikte wrote: Hey :-) How can I make a birthday coming up every year, so that I can see the age of the person?
