How do I get a page reduced to print on one page instead of ti
Julia was very recently heard to
utter: I have Adobe Acrobat 5.1, and I think my Publisher is 2003. The publication only has to be 12" X 10". Thanks. File Page Setup Printer and Paper From the drop-down, select Acrobat Distiller Click Properties, look for the Paper Size options (I don't have Acrobat 5, so can't give specific instructions). -- Ed Bennett - MVP Microsoft Publisher |

How do I get a page reduced to print on one page instead of ti
Alas, there is no "page setup." There is "print set-up," and there is a
drop-down menu for paper, but Acrobat Distiller is not one of the choices. It's just envelopes, legal, executive (whatever that is), regular paper. Any further suggestions? Thanks. -- Julia "Ed Bennett" wrote: Julia was very recently heard to utter: I have Adobe Acrobat 5.1, and I think my Publisher is 2003. The publication only has to be 12" X 10". Thanks. In Publisher 2003, File Page Setup is available. Print Setup is not. You will need to then go to the Printer and Paper tab as described, and click the drop-down that contains a list of printer names (not a list of paper sizes). Once you have the Acrobat Distiller selected, then you can select a paper size. -- Ed Bennett - MVP Microsoft Publisher |

How do I get a page reduced to print on one page instead of ti
I don't have Acrobat Distiller. The way I make my PDF files is with a
freeware application. I looked up Distiller on Adobe's website, and they now have Adobe Livecycle PDF Generator, which I'm not going to be able to buy. Is there any other way to reduce these pages so each one fits on a single page? Thanks. -- Julia "Ed Bennett" wrote: Julia was very recently heard to utter: Alas, there is no "page setup." It did give me a menu of different page sizes, but when I selected "tabloid,"
which is the size I think I want, I still had four tiles for each page. -- Julia "Ed Bennett" wrote: Julia was very recently heard to utter: I don't have Acrobat Distiller.
