Default Relationship Tool Problem

I have been working on a database for several weeks. Now when I try to view
or change the relationships - the window does not display any information.
The entire window is gray with no files or relationships at all. I need to
delete some existing realtionships so I can re-define them..but without the
realtionship tool I don't know how to do it. Can anybody tell me how to fix
this problem or get around it?

On the menu click on Releationships. This opens the relations window.

Then click on menu Relationships and Show All.
