Default Data not always available for crosstab report

I have created a crosstab query/report based on "No of Applications per
month" with the "Application Type" as the row and the "Month" as the Collumn
headings. This works fine when there is data for every month - my problem is
what do I do if for one year, there is no data for a particular month - I
currently get an error because the month is not in the query???

In query design view, open the Properties box (View menu.)

List all the possible choices beside the Column Headings property, e.g.:
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12
