Default Dynamtic Report columns Based on Crosstab Query

I have a simple crosstab query where the rows are an emplyee type and the
columns are job locations. I have tied this to a report successfully however
the report columns are not dynamic and do not update to changes in the data
unless the report is manually modified.

I've seen reference to a crosstab.mdb recommended or write by Duane Hookom
as a good examples to resolve this type of problem. All of the web links I
followed to download this file were broken.

I'm looking for a simple example to resolve this issue. Other web source I
have reviewed for coding example were not of much help.
