Hello,

I had a problem with office student that was resolved last november. the
result was an upgrade that I downloaded from a microsoft suport person. i
need to buy another computer and i would like to install the same suite on
the new computer...can that de done? the support person said the disks i'd
purchsed were bad, so I don't want to use them on the new computer.

Did you save your download? If not you'll be calling support again.
