Default I want to send an update without resetting the attendeesacceptance/declines

We often update an invitation with agendas for standing meetings and
conference call numbers assigned or changed at a later date. I want
this information to be updated in the invitation but I don't want the
recipient to have to accept or decline again and I don't want to lose
the original acceptance or decline.

Is there a way of updating an invitation this way? Thanks

Outlook should process the updates automatically - or you can use the
new message to attendees (It's Contact Attendees in Outlook 2010) to
send the agenda and other information specific to the next meeting.

No. I updated the location field for a conference call number and the
status of the one person that had accepted the meeting went back to no
response. This is O 2003.
