Table Analyzer
When using the table analyzer on a large database i am getting the following message
"File sharing lock count exceeded. Increase MaxLocksPerFile registry entry." It works fine on smaller data samples. I cant find an obvious way of doing this, its not in a manual i have and its not on help menu. Any ideas?? Thanks |

Thanks Start Run regedit F3 for search type in MaxLocksPerFile This will get you the registry key. Right click the key select modify then click decimal and enter a higher number. CAUTION errors while editing the registry can make your system unable to boot. If you haven't used regedit before I would suggest getting help from someone familiar with the procedure. gls858 |
