Default How do I uninstall Windows 7 Pro Office Trial Version?

I have a new computer with Windows 7 Professional & want to uninstall the
Office 2007 Trial Version, which hasn't been activated, then install my own
Office Pro 2007 (Academic).
Nearly 2 years ago a Microsoft Technician assisted me to do the same thing
with Vista Ultimate because they advised that the Uninstall Program can leave
some files behind which will cause problems with the purchased version.
Unfortunately I don't remember how to delete these leftover files so I would
appreciate anyone who can assist me. (Microsoft unavailabel on weekends)
Maybe Microsoft have corrected this & the Uninstall Program is OK to do the
complete uninstall?

Uninstall both Office 2007 and the Activation Assistant. Then you should be
able to install your own copy.

CONTROL PANELPROGRAMS & FEATURES, select the Activation Assistant and
Microsoft Office Free Trial to uninstall. Don't forget to reboot when you
are done.

This _SHOULD_ remove everything so you can install the software that you
have.

Control Panel\Add\Remove
or
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971179

and you need to also uninstall the Activation Assistant also. (very important)

When done with everything above reboot before starting the new installation
