Default Charts and Value Axis positions

I copied a worksheet (excel) with Charts and changed the source data. Now my
value axis is on the right hand side of my chart and I need it back on the
left hand side. Does anyone know what I should do?
I am using Office 2000.

Double click on the category axis, and on the scale tab, select an appropriate value for "Value
axis crosses at".
