Default Re-download emails

In OE6 I selected "Leave a copy of messages on server" in "account
property/advanced" so all the emails remain in my ISP's server after i
download/read/delete on my PC (WinXP Pro SP2). How could i re-download
these old emails as new messages to my PC? I tried the option "Reset" in
"Local File Clean Up" in "Tools/opts../maintenance/Clean Up Now" with
"Local file(s) for Outlook Express". it did not work. It looks like that
this "reset" only works on newsgroup messages. Did I miss something?
Please help, thank you!!

You need to find & Delete "Pop3uidl.dbx" with OE closed, it will be
recreated anew, and you will get all messages that are still on the server.
You will have to enable "show hidden files and folders" via Control
PanelFolder OptionsView, before you can find the folder/file.
