Message is no longer available on the server

I am subscribe to symantec.customerservice.general and when I click on any
message there is an error showing 'Message is no longer available on the
server'. When I view the newsgroup via Internet Explorer, there group and
questions are visible.

Please can you let me know how to fix to?

Hi April,

Are messages available for other newsgroups on the server (using OE and
NNTP)? It is always possible for there to be a temporary problem with the
server. If the server seems okay otherwise you could try a reset for the
newsgroup.

Tools | Options | Maintenance Clean up Now

Browse to the Server, then select the Symantec newsgroup

Choose Reset
This will clear the newsgroup and download current message headers.
