Default Word Mailmerge Fillin dialogbox instead of spreadsheet

We're slowly converting from Wordperfect mailmerge to Word 2007 mailmerge.
Unfortuantely, we can't figure out how to get Word to display the Mailmerge
datafields in a dialog box format rather than an "Excel look" spreadsheet
format.

In Wordperfect this was very easy to do. How do set the template to display
the datafields in a dialog box display instead of the spreadsheet view?

Add the Mail Merge Helper to the Quick Access Toolbar and then use that to
Edit the data source

Hope this helps.
