Why is my entire firm getting an email from me when I schedule a meeting on a
single calendar for one person?

There are no delegates desigated for this person and I do not have any
delegages either. I have permission to edit this person's calendar and
likewise they have permission to edit mine. For that matter, everyone in the
firm has permission to edit everyone else's calendar. There are no delegates
set for anyone; all access is governed by permissions only.
