Problems with merging Excel and Word
I have an excel worksheet, with rows that I want to merge with Word, in order
to print out labels. The problem is not merging, but the output. The text on every label is unique. When I preview the pages, the text that is shown on the first page is OK. Every label is unique, but on page 2 only the last row in the second page is a new unique row. The other rows are exact copies of the rows from page 1. This causes big problems. This problem has never occurred in former versions of Word. Can anyone help? |

Problems with merging Excel and Word
You have not completed the merge. You must merge to the printer or to a new
document. See http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...#only_one_page or http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Benedikte wrote: I have an excel worksheet, with rows that I want to merge with Word, in order to print out labels.
