Default Can display in Outlook reading pane be zoomed to enlarge?

We use Outlook 2003 with XP Pro and my employer has trouble reading some
email that is displayed on his hi-res monitor because the font sizes display
so small. Is it possible to enlarge the display of a received email either
in Reading Pane or after opening it? He doesn't like using Magnifier. Is
there another option?
Thanks.

Change the DPI settings in your display options in WIndows.

Thanks Roady, but if I switch away from the native res on the monitor it
looks pretty nasty and also messes up other application displays.

You can use CTRL+Mouse Scroll in the Reading Pane to zoom in and out per
message.
For Plain Text you can modify the display font.
Another way to go for HTML formatted emails would be to set the option to
read all mail in Plain Text so that your modified Plain Text font settings
will always apply.

Can you elaborate on how to:

1. Use CTRL+Mouse Scroll in the reading pane? What is Mouse Scroll?
2. How do you modify the display font for plain text?

Thanks!!

So how do you enlarge messages in HTML, which is what more and more people
are using? Thanks.
