Hyperlink to specific sheet in Excel Web File
There is another question similar to this below.
Is there a way to reference a specific sheet within a saved Excel Webfile folder? All attempts to hyperlink to a specific sheet just pulls up the "sheet001/current showing sheet when Excel saved as Webfile". Example: WorkbookA & WorkbookB. Both have 3 sheets and have hyperlinks to each other. Now, saved as WebPages. New files created as follows: WorkbookA.html, WorkbookB.html, and respective folders: WorkbookA_files and WorkbookB_files. In both "_files folders", there is a sheet001.html, sheet002.html, and sheet003.html (plus stylesheet etc). Question is how to create a link to a specific sheet in the subsection "files_folders". Purpose is to preserve a hyperlink from WorkbookA.xls/sheet 2 to WorkbookB.xls/sheet 3. All efforts to hyperlink to a specific sheet ("sheet003") in the "file_folders" section only pulls up the sheet that was showing when the .xls file was saved as .html. Please help if possible. |
