Default MS Outlook: How do you create a Phone # input mask.

How can I create an MS Outlook contact number input mask. I need to sync
with my cell phone and the format needs to be all numbers. I want to enter
18775551212 and display 1(800) 555-1212.

Also, upon exporting, I would like only numbers sent . . .

Thanks

Masking of phone numbers in Outlook is hard coded and cannot be changed.
