Default CAnnot delte blank last page without losing headers and footers

Sometimes I end up with a blank lst page in a document. When I delete it,
all the headers and footers disappear. This happens even though I turn off
the "Link to Previous" setting. What am I doing wrong?

You probably need to enable Link to Previous instead.
