Default Welsh set as default

Hi,

I have looked though the forum and found a very helpful post with the
following link on : http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/LangFmt.htm

When the IT guys we use put Windows (2000 I think) onto my new computer they
some how have left it spell checking in Welsh. I have used the link above to
follow the instructions as to how to change the default, (Set default
Language in Word) and even though its saying its doing it, it wont pick up or
highlight any misspells. I have run the spell checker and its still not
picking up anything. Being Dyslexic I really need this to be working.

So I dont have to ring up the IT guys we use, does anyone have any ideas
before I start thinking about throwing out the window lol.

Many thanks in advance.
