Default Transfer to new machine, Site License

Our church A/V Dept. PC "died" & I just now have new machine in
We have the Office 'o7 on a 5 computer Site License installed on 5 units. Of
course I have my original CD w/ Prod. Key but what probs am I going to run
into w/ the program sensing I am installing 1x more than my License.
This can't be a unique situation & if anybody knows an answer, it would save
me a lot of headache & this little crisis has me in a stressful "time bind".
ie... new machine couldn't get in until Friday PM!!
Thanks in advance!

If the old PC died, simply install Office on the new one, having first
uninstalled any trial together with its activation assistant, then rebooted
In the worst case you will have to use phone activation
