Default Deleting email in Outlook Express

Hello,

This is my first posting in this group. I use Windows XP Home. If I
want to delete email in Outlook Express, I have to click on each one
individually and then click on edit and then click on delete.
Is there a way that I can click on the emails I want to delete and
delete all of them at once? On the computer I used to use at work, I
could highlight an email and drag it down and highlight as many as I
wanted and delete them all with one click on delete.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Charles

Hold the CTRL key down and you can randomly select email messages in a folder. Then right mouse
click on any one of them and choose DELETE from the menu and they will all be deleted.

Hold the SHIFT key down and select any two messages and all the messages between (and the two you
selected) will be highlighted. Then right mouse click on any one of the messages and choose DELETE.

Or just press the delete key on the keyboard.

Richard and Alias,

Thanks for the information. I tried it and it works. Now I won't
spend my time deleting each email individually.

Charles
