Default Sorting in Reports

All,

I have a report which is currently sorted by a numerical field, i.e. 1,2,3,
& 4, as in a priority ranking. Is anyone aware of an option that will enable
me to show only my priority 1,2, & 3s; essentially, excluding the 4s from the
report? I would be much appreciative for any guidance.

Use criteria in your query that is the record source for the report.

Karl,

Thanks for the tip; however, I have a design flaw in that my report is based
on a table and not a query. Is there an alternative?

Yes, there is an alternative. Use a query rather than a table.
