Trouble with Numbering in a Table
I am currently working in a Word Template that someone
else created quite some time ago. The template is used for an "Employee Performance Appraisal" document. It currently consists of one table that contains 11 rows and they are numbered 1 - 11. I was asked to add a 12th row for a new criteria. On the template; between rows 10 & 11 I inserted a new row and then copied and pasted the existing text and form fields from the old row 11 into the newly inserted row so that the last row would now be blank. My problem is that I can't seem to get row number 12 to properly display the row number. It shows as such 11.12. and the 11. has a line through it. I have tried "Start Re-Numbering" and "Continue Numbering" but I cannot get this row properly numbered. The template is not protected. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

You'll need to turn off Track Changes and Accept All Changes in Document.
