I have senders whom I always trust and want them allowed into my inbox. They
sometimes end up in the bulk folder. I suspect one of my mail rules is
causing this. How do I prevent this from happening?

Thanx, Jim B.

OE doesn't have a bulk folder. Is this a folder you created? A Hotmail
account? If the latter, you have to adjust the rules on the Hotmail site.

Is the rule based on the From field? Then you're going to have to find the
address and remove it. If you don't see it among all the others, than.......

To find an address in a message rule, click on Contains in the bottom box to
open the Select People box and click on the first address. Tap the key for
the first letter in the address and one-by-one each address beginning with
that letter will be revealed until you find the one you are looking for.

If it's one of your message rules that is doing it, then create a new
one at the top of the list and have it say

Where the message is from A or B or C
Stop Processing more rules.

For the A, B and C add the e-mail addresses one at a time.

Then when a message arrives from one of those people it won't get
processed by your other rules and will be left in the Inbox.
