Default Removing Hyperlinks

Using word 2003 - I copied a table of content into a new
Document to use as a summary of a book. How can I remove
the hyperlink from the new document with out changing the
formatting?

The help file says that I should right mouse click on the
hyperlink and then chose remove hyper link. That is good
BUT I do not seem to have that option when I right mouse
click
Can you tell me what to do PLEASE
