511470.excel.msp Install

I was unable to uninstall office XP fully and now have office 2003 on my
computer for the below reasons.

When I try to:

1. open Outlook 2003,
2, receive a new message via POP server,
3. uninstall Office XP, or
4, try and search my computer for files,

Microsoft Office XP insallter keeps popping up and looking for file
511470.excel.msp. When reinstall outlook2003, it looked like the above was a
"plug-in" for outlook but i do not get the message anymore. I cannot find
this file anywhere. I have to hit cancel three times in order for it to go
away.

Can someone help me:
1. uninstall office xp, and
2. have my computer stop asking me for this file
