Default ffice pro setiup

I have the MS Office XP Pro with publisher that I
purchased with a Dell computer in Australia. I have now
moved to the UK and bought a new computer and am trying
to load the MS Office. I keep recieving an error message
when it is loading the files

Error 1305 Setup cannot read file Crogram
files\microsoft office\office10\clippit.acs. Check your
connection to the network or CD Rom Drive

(The error is not always the clippit file)

What is the reason for this?
Can I not use this product outside of it's country of
purchase?

Please help

Andrew
