PowerPoint Video Files
I can tell you that PowerPoint does not directly support ANY movie format.
It only links the movie file to the player(s). Whether or not an MPEG-4 file plays is determined by the end-user's computer, players, software settings, and loaded codecs. Take a look at this FAQ to better understand multimedia in PowerPoint: **The Myers Multimedia FAQ by Austin Myers (PowerPoint MVP) http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00099.htm and http://www.soniacoleman.com/Tutorial...multimedia.htm -- Bill Dilworth, Microsoft PPT MVP =============== Please spend a few minutes checking vestprog2@ out www.pptfaq.com This link will yahoo. answer most of our questions, before com you think to ask them. Change org to com to defuse anti-spam, ant-virus, anti-nuisance misdirection. .. .. "Ryan" wrote in message ... Does anyone know if PowerPoint 2002 or 2003 support the MPEG-4 video format? |
