display whole page?
Hello,
I have two distinct questions, and am asking them in separate posts. This applies to MS Word 2000, running on Windows 98SE. On the Zoom feature, sometimes I get the option of "whole page"; sometimes I don't. I can approximate the *size* of "whole page" by entering 40%, but that results in the document being displayed as a white paper against a white background -- not as helpful as "whole page" which displays against a gray background! How can I get "whole page" when I want it? Thank you very much! Ted Shoemaker |

display whole page?
Hi Ted
I think you'll find that "whole page" is always available when your View menu is set to Print Layout, and not available when it's set to Normal.
