You have posted this message to the wrong news group.
The access in this newsgroup's title refers to Microsoft Access, a
database product.

I would suggest you post to the appropriate Word newsgroup for your
version of Office/Word.

Assuming your data is in an Access database (and that's why you posted this
in an Access newsgroup), you can set up your Word document using MailMerge
and set the Data Source to the Access Database.
In the Word document:
Click on Tools, Mail Merge
