Assuming your data is in an Access database (and that's why you posted this
in an Access newsgroup), you can set up your Word document using MailMerge and set the Data Source to the Access Database. In the Word document: Click on Tools, Mail Merge "Carly Rauh" wrote: Bill a lot of people. Is there any format in word that would help me?
