Problem opening and configuring Outlook 2007
I have Windows 7 with Live mail. I recently installed Office 2007. When I
attempt to open Outlook, I get "The connection to MS Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." I click OK. Then a MS Exchange window pops up. I click OK on that. Then I get another error message. "Cannot open your default email folders. The file .... outlook.ost is not an offline folder file. I ran diagnostics all said I'm OK. BUT still my Outlook is DOA!! HELP! -- CR |
