Default Insert pictures from file into form

I have created a MS Word 2000 form that creates a cover list of photograph
descriptions and then displays the photographs, 2 per page with a copy of the
photo description mirrored against each picture.

At current, I have to insert each picture into the form, and then lock the
form to add all the text. Is there a way to insert pictures in forms? All I
can see are text fields.
