mail merge foorm excel to word having problems

I am trying ot do a mail merge form and excel spread sheet
that has the addres infromation onto a letter in word, I
have everythign but once I hit merge it leaves out the
zicode can someone tell me what I am doign wrong

Make sure that the worksheet you are using is the first worksheet
in the workbook. Possibly you have a similar worksheet as the
first worksheet that does not have the zipcode.
