Default Outlook 2007 Won't Recognise Outlook Connector

I'm running Outlook 2007 in Vista and have installed outlook connector for
use with a hotmail account. After installation when I open Outlook there is
no sign whatsoever of outlook connector. I wonder if anyone has any ideas
please?

Hi Roady,

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I've looked at these already and there's
nothing disabled.
