This error comes up when I try to save my curom chart as
user-defined chart. On the system, there is no
xlusrgal.xls file, but I am being told that there IS one
and I can't overwrite it! HELP!

Bob -

You have to let Excel put it into the user gallery. Right click on the
chart, select Chart Type from the pop up menu, and click on the Custom
Types tab. Choose the User-Defined option button at the bottom, click
the Add button, enter your name and description, and press Okay until
the dialog goes away.
