Default Chart with Dropdown Menu

Hello,

(1)
I have to make a chart with excel which includes
two dropdown menues to select the Range for x an y.
Basically I have not a clue how to make a dropdown
menu on the chart (not embedded) and how to communicate
with it.

(2)
Is it possible to use control items like 'command button',
'listbox'etc. on the chart?

Maybe somebody can help me?

Thanks in advace!
Mike

Default Chart with Dropdown Menu

Hi Mike -

I show how to use controls for charts he

http://www.geocities.com/jonpeltier/...ByControl.html

You can use any control from the Forms menu (but not the Controls
Toolbox) on a chart sheet. Put them on the chart sheet, then link them
to worksheet ranges as in my examples on the page cited above.
