Removing Links -- Frank Kabel
Hello Frank. I noticed a post u put up regarding removing
wookbook links by using a zip file FindLink.zip. I downloaded it, but how do you use it? I need to remove an old source file that is no longer needed. I ran it but I can't seem to see what it does or where it is. Thanks for you help in the past. Dan. |

You need to unzip the file when it makes the original .xls
I suggest you make a new folder to put it in and unzip it there. You generally need to have the WinZip application, but I believe Windows XP will unzip it in Explorer via a right click menu, otherwise there may be shareware apps. We used to have PKUNZIP.EXE (Google search) --- Message posted from http://www.ExcelForum.com/ |
