Office 2007 and One Note 2007

I have a computer with Office Small Business Suite 2007 (Outlook, Powerpoint,
Word, Excel, and Publisher). Our office is transitioning to using One Note.
I bought both a One Note single license and a H&S edition to try and install.
My sole purpose is to add One Note. Most solutions that I've read for the
error (11708 msiinstaller, which basically says MS office "product name"
encountered an error during setup) suggest uninstalling the previous version
of office. In all of these solutions though, it suggests that the previous
version is from another year. I have other computers on the network with the
same software set that have installed the program with no problem. I need
help to resolve this issue as One Note is going to be essential in our new
environment. Please help.

If you already have a licensed version of Office 2007, simply install One
Note, there's no need to try to install H&S, which in any case is not
licensed for commercial use
