Default Deleting a Folder

I want to use a macro to do a backup to CD. I am using .FolderExists, .DeleteFolder, .CreateFolder, and .CopyFolder. The folder I am copying to is on the CD-RW drive (D). .FolderExists, .CreateFolder, and .CopyFolder all work using the 'to' file name, but .DeleteFolder gives me a 'Path not found' error. Any idea why? I have made sure the file is on the CD before I try to use .DeleteFolder.

May be stupid question but anyway:
Are you using a rewritable CD?

Rewritable CD - and the drive is a CD-RW drive.
