When Outlook 2007 starts up I get a message about PWEXCHEXT32.dll not being
able toload. I followed the instructions from a previous post but they did
not work (rename extend.dat). Any other suggestions? I cannot diable the
add-in because it is not listed in Trust Center. Any idea what it is and how
to get rid o fit?

Its an Avery Prowrite add-in, does it exist in Add/ Remove dialogue, or any
Avery configuration tool?

I tried the uninstalls and it didn't work. Then I contacted Avery. Here is
hteir reply...

We apologize for the inconvenience. ProWrite is a 3rd Party software and is
not supported by Avery; Avery Dennison provides product template dimensions
to many software programs for their use, and we do not offer support for nor
guarantee templates by such companies.

ProWrite/Nereosoft website has been removed since March 2007, that we have
tried contacting them but no response received; it seems that Nereosoft is no
longer in business We suggest downloading and using Avery Wizard 3.1, if your
MS Outlook is still working;

If you have your mailing list saved in another database, we suggest using
Avery Wizard 3.1 as long as database format is supported by Avery Wizard 3.1

We suggest you to contact Microsoft for assistance in un/reinstalling MS
Outlook or for other solutions for Operating System-based problems . We also
suggest you to also file a complaint with Better Canadian Business Bureau
(www.ccbbb.ca), in case Nereosoft is still in business

I have reinstalled Office 2007 and that did not work. Any more ideas?

Uninstalling / Reinstalling OL is unlikely to help
http://avery.nereosoft.com/index.htm
They dont give any info on uninstalling other than to use Add/Remove
dialogue
You may have to resort to editing the registry, to manually remove this add
in, if so ensure your data is backed up and that you have backed up the
registry first

Guess I will have to live with this. I edited the registry and deleted
references to ProWrite, nerosoft, Avery and Avery Dennison. Still get the
message. Thanks for all your help.
