Default Transferring Email from Entourage on a Mac

I just switched from a Mac to a PC for email and need to transfer my existing
mail and folders from Entourage to Outlook. I went to the Microsoft User Data
folders on the Mac harddrive and copied them to a disc. The folders included
in this folder are DATABASE, MAILING LISTS, DATABASE CACHE, RULES, and
SIGNATURES.

Then I tried using the Import function in Outlook on PC to bring them in,
but it doesn't have an option for this, and it won't let me select anything
(they don't come up). I can't find any information on this anywhere. Please
help. Thanks!
