Default Mail Merge Problems

I'm simply merging a document with an image in it to a list of email
addresses. I am very familiar with the merge process.

I choose 1-20 on the list and it sends some convoluted version of what I
chose like 2-21 or 1-19. The list is correctly labeled "email".

Secondly, it doesn't even send to all the addresses I choose

Thirdly, after 'merging', the document freezes up and goes all white with
the hourglass.

If I do the same exact process on another computer I have, it's absolutely
smooth

Any suggestions?

Default Mail Merge Problems

I would be looking for differences in the setup of your two computers.
