Default How to insert a picture under a label in a form

I have Access 2002. I want to insert a picture in a form, but I also have a
label which needs to be on top of the picture.

Is there anyway I can order the picture so that it is underneath the label
.... thanks

Roger

I'm not sure if I understand properly, but simply insert an image control on
your form and then insert a label control above it.

thanks for your help. I did what you suggested, but for some reason the
label control keeps going under the image instead of staying on top ?

When you say on top do you mean you are layering the label above the image or
do you mean above in the sense of cartesian position?

If you are taking about superposing them, then use the 'bring to front'
command from the Format toolbar on the label control.

Roger,

Not sure I see the problem here. I am assuming you want to insert the
picture and label in the detail section. If so once you insert the picture
and label it becomes drag and drop on the screen. You can make the 'order'
whatever you want. If for some reason this does not work - you could add the
label directly to the picture if it's static through photo manipulation
software.

Again - not sure i understand the issue. Let me know.

You can simply place the picture on the form, then place the label on top of
it. If you reversed this and now have the picture on top of the label, select
the picture then goto Format and click on Send to Back! The picture will now
be underneath the label.
