Default Can't save, open or import contacts to contacts folder in OLK2003.

My client gets an error saying that the WAB32.DLL is missing, please reinstall Outlook again. Uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2003, same error. If she sends them to me (admin) and I open her contacts folder, I can copy, import or save, but she can not.

Searched all over Microsoft.com and Google for any hint, nothing.

Also browsed her computer and found WAB32.DLL in both c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386\wab32.dll and in c:\Program files\common files\system\wab32.dll, but the error message still comes up.

WAB32.DLL is not an Outlook file.
It's an Outloox Express file.
Rename any on your hard drive and reinstall Outlook Express, not Outlook.
