How do I create "different" binder spines on a template page?

Are the binder spines are all the same size? Any publication you create can be
saved as a template. If you only want a page of templates, it will be the same
as if you were creating labels.

If you want every binder different you will have to layout your page. Download
the binder template, make a note of the margins and gaps, recreate this in
Arrange, Layout Guides.
